Upload company compliance documents

The Company Compliance tab on the Readiness page lets you upload and manage your company's key compliance documents. There are six predefined slots:

• WCB Clearance Letter
• Certificate of Insurance (COI)
• COR® Certificate
• COR Authority Letter
• Business Registration
• Bonding Letter

Click Upload on any slot to attach a file. After uploading, an inline form opens where you can add details such as certificate number, holder name, province, issue date, and expiry date.

WCB Clearance, Certificate of Insurance, and COR Certificate are submitted to the WorkSitePass team for manual validation. These will show a Pending Validation badge until reviewed (typically within 24 business hours). The remaining slots are upload-only and are marked immediately.
