WorkSitePass sends automated expiry alerts on a fixed schedule — here's when.
WorkSitePass sends automated email alerts to keep you ahead of expiries. Alerts are sent daily at 9:00 AM UTC and follow this schedule:
Worker certificates
- 90 days before expiry — one-time reminder
- 30 days before expiry — one-time reminder
- 7 days and under — daily reminders
- Expired — daily reminders until renewed
Company compliance documents
- 60 days before expiry — one-time reminder
- 30 days before expiry — one-time reminder
- 14 days before expiry — one-time reminder
- 7 days and under — daily reminders
- Expired — daily URGENT reminders until renewed
You can manage which alerts you receive in Settings → Notifications.
