See a real-time view of every worker's certificate status at a glance.
The Readiness page gives you a real-time view of your entire crew. Each worker is shown with a status based on their uploaded certificates:
- Ready — all certificates are valid and up to date.
- Expiring Soon — one or more certificates expire within 30 days.
- Expired — one or more certificates have passed their expiry date.
- Pending Review — one or more certificates are awaiting validation by the WorkSitePass team.
- Rejected — one or more certificates were not verified. The worker will be notified with a reason.
Workers who haven't yet downloaded the app or uploaded any certificates are shown as Not Onboarded.
